How Call Parents works

Integrates with your school's Management Information System

Call Parents dynamically integrates with all the main management information systems in the UK, with technical partnerships already in place. With Capita SIMS, Call Parents is the only system of its kind to have gained Premier Partner status. View demo

  1. Logging in

    Each school has a unique ID and password to log into Call Parents.

  2. Select recipients for your message

    You can choose the group of pupils whose parents you need to contact. Groups of teachers can also be contacted in this way, including the facility to manually add support staff, governors, students and teachers, if they are not included on your Management Information System.

  3. Select a message type

    Choose from a text to mobile phones (converted to speech for landlines), an e-mail which can include an attachment or send a letter by text message.

  4. Text messages

    When sending texts, Call Parents automatically adds the name of your school and you can type in your message or select a previously saved message, or message template.

  5. E-mails

    For e-mails, simply type your message and add any attachment. You can also send a text message to prompt parents to check their e-mail and all e-mails are sent for free!

  6. Receipts

    You'll get a receipt for each text sent and phone call made, so you can see that your message has got through, and if the recipient has read it.
