The Remind Patients messaging system does what you need, saving time and resources in all sorts of ways.

Contact multiple Numbers

Remind Patients is able to call and text multiple telephone numbers. It is not restricted to just having one telephone number to call or text, as can be the case with other solutions.

Reminder 48 hours before

Once a patient is identified as having an upcoming appointment, contact is automatically made with them prior to the appointment by phone and/or text message. The message that goes out to the patient's phone is fully configurable within the system.

No complicated technical requirements

This solution does not require additional, complex IT and communications hardware systems to be located on your premises, no new telephone lines to install or dedicated, on-site IT staff to maintain and manage the service. All that is required is an Internet connection.

Bespoke messages

Remind Patients allows any bespoke message to be sent to patients, individually or grouped, for example, to cancel a consultant's appointments due to an emergency, send medication reminders or health information.

No extra workload

Remind Patients reduces down workload with this automated process of reminding patients as opposed to a more manual operation.

Complete control

Text messages and phone calls only go out when the user wants them to, there is a manual 'push the button' process that confirms the messages to go out.
