Term Time Tracker can help Local Authorities monitor, track and alert in regard to any child that has been given special dispensation to have an extended holiday.
Systematic record of applications
Extended Holiday absence applications can now be entered centrally to ensure monitoring of an absence. This does not affect the Local Authorities attendance figures.
No child slips through the net
Pupils remain on the email list sent through to the operator of Term Time Tracker until they are marked as having returned, thus ensuring that no pupils ‘slip through the net’ and that their extended holiday absence is monitored and tracked until they return.
Real time reporting
Local Authorities are provided online, with comprehensive reports available by pupil, school, reason for extended holiday absence, term period and by ethnicity.
Parents alerted
On the day of the holiday Parents are reminded of the expected return date back to school of their child. Should that become overdue they are alerted, wherever they are in the world, that their child is due back at school and to contact the authority immediately.

Within the cost of the Term Time Tracker system we include training and technical support, delivered over the phone and online, or training in person.
No complicated technical requirements
Term Time Tracker is based on a secure website, so no software to install. No additional hardware is required and there are no new telephone lines to install. All you need is an Internet connection.
