Instant Messages in and out
Whenever an incident is reported by a school pupil, it will appear automatically on the Text Someone secure system in school. The pupil will receive automatic confirmation back to them to confirm receipt of their message.
Messages in and out, plus any notes added are all stored on the secure website allowing an 'at a glance' view as to the status of what the pupil had reported. This can be done by any authorised member of staff in and out of the school as the system is web based.
The Text Someone system displays in real-time all the messages you have received and allows you to make notes next to the message as to the next action taken.
Easy Message Retrieval
The system sends a member of school staff a text message or email each time a pupil reports an incident, thus saving time not having to checking for new messages.
The member of staff logs in using an ID and password specific only to them, the system displays all the text messages, voice messages and emails that pupils have sent in.
Text Someone works by the provision of a mobile telephone number, local rate phone number and website to link to your schools. Schools can promote this service to pupils by using a range of posters, inserts in school planners and a card for each pupil.
